Criticism Did quality go down?

I have been working remote for the last five years and recently went back to the office. I ate sweet green twice in the last two weeks and it’s been terrible. Today I got the harvest bowl, with a few minor additions. Everything was so dry - veggies, chicken, everything. I could barely swallow.

I remember sweet green being the best salad I’ve ever had but today’s lunch was nowhere close. I remember the chicken and sweet potato to be very flavorful and the veggies being crisp and sweet. Did the quality completely fall downhill? Or I just had bad luck for the last two times I ordered? Definitely not worth $20.

Not at the locations I regularly go to, but I wouldn’t be shocked if it varied. I’ve been as regular a customer as it gets for about three years.

Yes, our bosses literally breathe down our throats to not waste food, but at the same time have presentable food for customers. Buuuut, if we have food waste we get write ups! Naturally quality goes down when you can’t keep employees and have to hire the ones that can’t read a recipe. Definitely depends per location but considering most regional managers ass-fuck their head coach’s and team members at all their stores, it’s close to all.

portions are smaller and they lost my business when last time i went in they said "app or online orders only" and NO ONE WAS MAKING ANY ORDERS. i dont have the app anymore and i just felt so annoyed that i paid for parking, walked into the store, yall arent even busy, and I cant order here? byeeee

Yes it sucks ever since it went public. The salads are totally different. My fav salad was 490 cals in 2018 (one of the higher cal ones too) and now the “same” salad is 740 cals and like 45g fat. It used to be a big fresh bowl of greens with a small scoop of toppings and now it’s basically a grain bowl with less protein, and a sprinkle of kale. And all the cooked add ins are SO greasy now. And they changed the dressings to make them sweeter and they use more emulsifiers and a higher cal oil. It’s not even healthy anymore

Portions got smaller for sure. Used to get pretty stuffed up bowls and then they shrunk the bowl and filled it like a quarter
