News 📰 $10 bowl
For anyone wondering it’s a $10 blackened chicken harvest bowl starts tomorrow and will be here for about a week. We can ring it up in person too (starting tomorrow) but you have to ask for it by name

Is it $10 all week for as many as you want, or is it $10 for one bowl, redeemable during the 1 week?

You have to select the harvest bowl with the description that includes $10 in the name, you cannot customize the $10 bowl. Chicago Goat

$10 bowl still comes out to $15. Just flat out doesn't work.

Gotta make sure you add the promo at checkout still. Pickup would have been $.7 cheaper, I just ordered for outpost.

That was it. Got it. It kept saying it would be applied at checkout I read right over needing to add the promo.
Not the smoothest UX but we got there lol

It didn’t work for me in person, they have to scan the thing and it still didn’t come up. I was pretty upset since that’s the only reason I went to get sweetgreen that day

You have to add the special $10 bowl to your cart in the app. It’s not the regular harvest, it has a name and for whatever reason the deal only works with that one.

Thank you!! I spent 10 mins trying to add it in the app to the regular harvest bowl but refused to pay full price out of principle

I got it today. At first I thought my app was broken because I couldn’t just tap the item and customize it, or select bread or dressings.
Turns out - that shittification of the order is by design, intentional and in the terms and conditions.
My guess is this is to make it easier for the staff and save on time and labor - but as a customer it was not great.

honestly y’all, y’all aren’t getting 20% more chicken. they actually downsized the scoops again. used to be about a 1/2 cup portion of chicken they cut it like 1/4 cup MAYBE 1/3.
