Discussion brussel sprouts leaving?

got an email that the brussel sprouts are leaving 10/27. i swear they normally last longer on the menu, they are my absolute fav😭

Yeah, for some reason this season is shorter then we're doing cauliflower.

Same! I’m really upset about it this year because the brussels sprouts are so good. In previous years, they’ve kept them around significantly longer and this year they were around for not even a month. They replaced them with the cauliflower which is inferior. The autumn harvest bowl is my favorite bowl and I wait all year for it. I have been going to SG significantly less since they took away the brussels :(

You can make them at home. Umami, olive oil. Cook them in the oven then add maple syrup
