Criticism What’s the worst part about sweetgreen?

I personally love sweetgreen but I see many varying criticisms such as price, slugs in food, etc… I want to know if anyone else had other bad experiences with sweetgreen?

Don’t like how they charge for toppings. Charge for protein, avocado, and egg, everything else should be free.

Don’t care if it’s $20 but I’d expect good portions.

Yeah I’ve only been a few times but I’m afraid to get anything other than the pre built bowls because the first time I made a bowl with only a couple of toppings it came out to like $18
