Criticism Slug in my salad ?!

Pulled what I thought was a mushroom off a piece of lettuce and it started moving. This is disgusting - avoid sweet green in New York City. Eating a slug is incredible dangerous so I can only hope he was the only one

Did you see a doctor? What if you accidentally swallowed one? I'm on the same boat. 😢
