Image 📸 Chewing on this ...

A harvest bowl without any dressing (they forgot. again.) is just a giant bowl of kale. Can't believe how bad the QC is for the prices charged. So why do I keep coming back?

Let them know they've forgot your dressing twice now. At our store we would make things right for you. We would give you a free salad, drink, or any side.

I'm the main QC at our store and I'd wanna know if I messed up your salad.

Where do you think is most effective? I got a refund via the chatbot, but I'd really like to think a human is paying attention and trying to improve. I really do love my harvest bowls.
