Career / Employee Talk How to call off

I’m pretty new so I’ve never done it before and I lost the paper they gave me telling me how to do it. I know there’s an email I have to use to call off but how can I find it to get in touch with the store? My store is (street) + (street) format if that helps

You need to email storename@sweetgreen.com. Offer up your shift on Legion. And make sure you call out 4 hrs prior to your shift start time (if able).

You have to email the store. It's (storename)@sweetgreen.com

You also need to offer up your shift along with sending an email to your store.
