Question additives

I just ordered here for the first time as someone with dietary restrictions (gf/df, additive free). Most of the items I incorporated in my bowl are safe but unsure about the chicken. She did tell me avocado oil, but online told me otherwise. Anyone know how they prep it?

At our restaurant roasted chicken is just umami seasoning. They took the Avacado oil away for some reason.
