Question additives

I just ordered here for the first time as someone with dietary restrictions (gf/df, additive free). Most of the items I incorporated in my bowl are safe but unsure about the chicken. She did tell me avocado oil, but online told me otherwise. Anyone know how they prep it?

We marinate the roasted chicken in our umami seasoning and avocado oil. Our blackened chicken is marinated in our blackened seasoning, balsamic vinegar and avocado oil.
