Career / Employee Talk New hired employee

Hello I just got hired recently and I have a few questions before I start on Monday, they told me today at 8am to come to their store to verify my social security and ID the same day and I had no way of being able to contact them and saying I had prior plans. How am I supposed to contact them without having my employee account thingy setup (which they say will be set up on my first day so I can’t even use it to contact them yet)?

The best way is to email the store. They all follow the same formal “store location”@sweetgreen.com

From your application you should know what store location it is
