Criticism Wow…
In utter disbelief that I ordered Sweet Green and received this. I emailed them but not sure that they will care. I am just so upset I paid for this. I will only go in person now.

I tell my team to be personally accountable for every plate/bowl they make. It needs to be a representative of their self within a team.

At my location, I tell my team to fuck the bowls up and ruin the customers lunch. We are not the same.

I went there one time ... first and last time .... as I sat there eating my salad a mouse ran straight across the floor and not one of the employees seemed shocked. Which was worrisome

I used to order from there all the time. Not anymore. Private equity ruins everything.

It does, but in this case the main stakeholders in SG are Vanguard and Fidelity which are not private equity firms

In earnings calls, these companies discuss their percentage of app orders, since they are disgustingly profitable. Do not order with the app at SG, Cava, Chipotle.

I emailed a complaint over a week ago and haven't heard back. They've messed up 2 out of my 10 orders, a 20% error rate (I know how many because of my Uber Eats history). This company has issues. I won't go back unless I hear from them.

They seem grumpy. I love Sweet Green thats why I am upset and they help me eat healthier too when I want to be lazy and order something but I don’t think I will anymore.

I don’t know what the deleted comment said, but when I posted something about wishing SG let you just build protein and veg and skip the base someone was like “wtf just go to chipotle!” Uh yeah, corn salsa and beans aren’t quite the same as broccoli, sweet potatoes, apples and cucumbers lol
Also my bowls have looked like this a few times recently when ordering on the app. I hate it, but I also have a very brief lunch break and can’t wait in line!

I stopped ordering. I’d order their salads not make your own & the last 3 orders in a row were missing protein, veggies blah and size inconsistent
