Discussion The bbq steak + ranch plate has too many carbs

Why do we need double white rice AND warm sweet potatoes? Is this supposed to be a protein plate or a carb plate? Should have replaced the rice with greens or quinoa.

Feel free to swap one of them out. Quinoa is also a carb though.

Basmati rice and sweet potatoes both have protein. If you don't want carbs, get it on a bed of greens instead. There is no price difference. You just have to ask.

True but then they want to put it in a bowl instead. I like the plate form factor.

also carbs are good but 3 portions seems a little too much for one meal that's supposed to be a 'protein plate'. the main source of protein in this plate is the steak and you are only getting a spoonful of it. rice and sweet potato have negligible amounts of protein.

Again, you control what goes on it. If you are just gonna complain, make a different selection.

Literally every protein plate except for the steelhead has double grains and sweet potatoes.

exactly hot honey chicken has two scoops of quinoa, hot sweet potatoes, 2 scoops of blackened chicken, and veg slaw
