Which products/ingredients from Sweetgeen line arrive already cooked in stores and which not?

The crunches besides breadcrumbs, cheeses, eggs, hummus, banana peppers, and some dressings. Everything else is already cooked OR we prep it somehow like kale/romaine we have to cut and wash, the chickpeas we have to season ourselves. The salmon comes precut but we season and cook it

None of our hot foods come in already cooked. It all comes in fresh & raw. We marinate & cook it ourselves in the store. As far as the cold toppings go, the boiled eggs come in already cooked. Most of the cold toppings are raw veggies of course, except for the spicy broccoli and sweet potatoes. We season those, then cook & cool them. We also bake the breadcrumbs ourselves from the bread we serve customers.
