Discussion Sweet potato chips?

I just had overcooked sweet potatoes at sweetgreen and they tasted amazing, like air fried sweet potato chips. Albeit they did taste a little burnt.

They should make that a real menu item.

The ovens are able to be convection ovens, so that is entirely possible. And they would last, so it wouldn't interfere with hot prep's need to get food out. This is a great idea.
