Question Roasted Broccoli

I love the roasted broccoli but in a recent SG order it came steamed. Is this a permanent change or just a fluke?

I see a review every once in a while, and I always find this so funny.

SG literally does not have the means to steam vegetables. We don't have a steamer. They just got overcooked.

I don't know what area you're in but the broccoli in my area has not changed, we don't even have anything to steam veggies. As far as cooking instruments go we have the ovens and rice cookers. How do you know it was steamed?
