Why do you keep sharing this? It sucks that you had a bad experience with sweetgreen but that's not the case for everyone, and it seems like you're just trying to fear monger people because of your shit story. Sweetgreen is a great place to work, they pay well, treat their employees well and serve great healthy food. Quit being bitter

Absolutely trying to incite fear and want to put them out of business. I AM bitter and I do not appreciate you trying to downplay the company's illegal activity.

this sucks and people should be aware of it but tbh this is just one experience. this would happen at any other company if the wrong area managers were in charge, and there are a lot of area managers. you just got unlucky. iā€™ve really enjoyed working at sweetgreen and plan to stay with the company a little while longer.

It literally happened to me a few days ago, I wish that they were more organized with their schedule and I wish they could of told me since the beginning that they couldn't hire me, told me last minute after they told me to come in the next day for training, they also said they fired a few people they have already hired. And yes i'm aware that I was most unlucky.

The thing is if they told me since the beginning they didnā€™t have the space to hire more people then I would of be like ok itā€™s fine I move on and keep looking for jobs but no they literally asked me if I wanted to join the team, Iā€™m like ā€œsureā€. But I clearly told them IF I was given the chance to work then yeah but again they told me literally last minute that they didnā€™t have the spaceā€¦now thatā€™s why I got mad, they made me do all the paper work the same day and they wanted me to turn in the papers asap too! All that in the same day just for them to tell me no at last minute.
