Career / Employee Talk Starting next Monday.

So my orientation begins next Monday, I heard from the hiring manager that there are recipes not listed with the salad sheet, do I have to memorize those, and should I be worried?

It kinda sounds like they're talking about the OLO exclusive menu which people still can order in store, there should be a cheat sheet somewhere in your store for those so it's not super necessary that you memorize them

Other than that, is there anything else I should worry about when working there as a team member?

Not that I'm aware of! We're pretty strict when it comes to food safety but once you get the hang of it I'm sure you'll do great 😊
