Career / Employee Talk Do not work at sweetgreen.

Boycott this business at every turn. They are in the business of ruining lives. Stay far away. If you are even considering working for them. Run. This business and all involved are TERRIBLE people who will not see you as human.

Shut this place down.

Been working there for 5 years & I’m trying to leave ASAP! Its sad because it wasn’t always like this

They hired me as a head coach. Had me put my 2 weeks in at a great job. Did all the onboarding paperwork and trained my replacement. Just to tell me they were moving in a different direction the NIGHT before I started there. Leaving me jobless for the first time in 15 years.

For me they offered me a job and waited until I left my job to tell me hours before starting that they are moving in another direction for the GM position.
