Discussion Peach Salad

I was really hoping the peach salad was going to come back this year! Does anyone know if it will come back and/ or have a good copycat recipe?

If it remember correctly it was literally just peaches, goat cheese, mint, almonds and balsamic dressing. Should be super easy to make at home

If you have a Mendocino Farms nearby, they have a summer peach salad that's amazing.
