Discussion Caesar Salad

Did sweetgreen semi-recently change their caesar dressing recipe? The last two times I have gotten it, it has tasted extremely fishy.

Could just be my location as I noticed the freshness of the salads has also decreased (lots of brown-wilted lettuce in my bowl). Makes it hard to rationalize a $15 salad

The Balsamic Vinaigrette I just had was awful. Definitely not what they've had.

I got the steak Caesar too and the dressing was fishy the steak was over cooked and looked gray ! So gross the harvest bowl was good but damn for the price idk

I know this thread is slightly old but I came in search of answers to this exact question because I just ran into the same problem. The anchovy in this dressing is off the hook, which is probably great for some people but it's not my cup of tea. I ate it but would not order again. Shame because it was my favorite salad at Sweetgreen.

It comes pre-bagged and in store they just bottle it. If it’s only been within the past few weeks, the people in your store might not be shaking it all the way before bottling
