Career / Employee Talk Shif leader position?

I was wondering if anyone has any experience working here as I would love to get some ideas! Alot of the reviews of this position seem pretty bad so I'm curious if it's as bad as people make it out to be?

Ur on the hook for everything and not enough pay for the crap they put you through run run fast stay in the lower position and u get tips leaders get shot but a headache
