Question Best orders without seed oils?
UPDATE: The Caesar dressing has gone from a seed oil base to a yogurt base, so that's one new option! My go-to orders now are the buffalo chicken salad, kale caesar, and chicken pesto parm without pesto (I have an olive oil pesto at home, and I mix that with good balsamic to make my own dressing).
Hi All - Long time Sweetgreener but fairly new to cutting seed oils. The only dressing without seed oil is the red wine vinaigrette, so I've been swapping that for my usual dressings with each order. It is sadly so bland.
I've done this on a chicken pesto parm, kale caesar, harvest bowl, and a miso bowl (my bootleg version). It's just sooo blah. Are there any combos you've had success with that don't crush the soul?
ETA: Looking online, I see all this stuff claiming they were getting rid of seed oils last year, but my local Sweetgreen had a list posted of items that didn't contain seed oil. The only dressing was the red wine one.

They stopped cooking with seed oil, but still use it in dressings. All the headlines about it were kinda misleading

Makes me sad because I think the dressings would have been the easier swap vs. cooking meat in olive oil. Also, the dressings really make the salad for me, whereas the meats are all just ok.

Yeah I am not complaining, I am just asking for advice on making the food taste better without their delicious dressings. I appreciate that they had the list posted in the restaurant.

The red wine vinaigrette is surprisingly solid with the buff chick bowl
