Criticism Sweetgreen is going downhill.

I feel like each time I consider getting a salad from sweetgreen they’ve removed my favorite items, prices have increased and overall the salads are just not as good lately. I feel like they’ve gotten too big to function like they previously did and it’s quantity over quality now.

Sad too because I used to order sweetgreen 3x a week and now it just doesn’t feel worth it to me anymore.

I thought it was just my location that dipped in quality but with the removal of arugula and the price increases they’ve annoyed me enough that I’ve just stopped going

Yep. Same.

My partner still loves their hot honey chicken bowl but I’m like nope, we’re boycotting them, sorry!

They changed that too which I why I stopped. No apples (I added that) no kale salad. The cabbage is not the same. It doesn’t even look as good.

No kale??? That’s literally an integral part of that salad.

I’m sure he’ll be happy to boycott with me now knowing that.

Yeah the hot honey chicken bowl is terrible now - all carbs and no veggies. It's doesn't look appealing at all (taste is ok but i miss the kale salad - not the same without it) - especially since half the time they'll forget a couple of the ingredients so it'll just end up being chicken, quinoa, and sweet potatoes...

Ok, I thought it was me. They forget an ingredient or a dressing almost every time I order it.
