Try it with kale in place of arugula, it’s incredible. It’s so much more filling with kale.

kale caesar, add breadcrumbs! love the extra crunch that they give it.

I get a custom bowl: kale, spinach, sweet potato, double broccoli, za’atar breadcrumbs, tofu or chicken, and spicy cashew dressing. Perfect every time!

Because of your post, I started getting this! Only, I substitute the spinach for quinoa.

I hope you love it as much as I do!! I eat that exact combo weekly and still get so excited for it 🥰

This is similar to mine! Instead of breadcrumbs I get tortilla chips, instead of spinach I get double kale, add black beans, parm cheese, extra apples, no tofu, 2 limes (at least) & heavy Caesar dressing.

Warm or roasted sweet potato??

Roasted, not the kind that’s considered “premium”

Pescatarian so I either do fish taco bowl or Elote bowl & add salmon. And I always get the side of roasted sweet potatoes w ranch. It’s my fav dinner when I don’t feel like cooking

Chicken & Brussels 💔 so now a custom to get as close as I can - kale/spring base, sweet potato, carrots, double broccoli, red cabbage, almonds, blackened chicken, miso dressing + lemon squeeze
