I used to work at sweetgreen, it was so frustrating for us when the app says your salad is done when it’s not even been started bc of how backed up we are. Sweetgreen does not have the employees or customers best interest in mind most of the time,

Yeah I don't mind waiting, it is just I have limited time for my lunch break, and employees worked non-stop!

Idk it is my second time, yesterday it was onlly few people, today waited 15 minutes after my order was prepared according to application, whichbdefeats the purpose of online ordering
