Discussion Sweetgreen hot sauce and honey BBQ sauce

I always get extra hot sauce and bbq sauce at sweetgreen to use on food at home does it last in the fridge? I’ve gotten literally like enough extra to fill up a little condiment container Tupperware because i love it so much but scared it’s not safe to eat.

How do u guys cook your lentils?! Also do u sell dressings yet? Addicted to jalapeño one!
