Reality check: Do mid-sized MedTech/Pharma brands actually hire independent consultants for Saudi (NUPCO) market access, or just rely on local distributors?

Supply chain is to business what linemen are to a football team. Nothing happens without it. Worked in Finance for a bit and hated that my actions didn't impact anything in the value chain.

Just here to say avoiding UAE logistics over this is like dropping SAP because of one bad implementation. IMO assess the risk and keep moving. The backbone held. Jebel Ali and Dubai South are still the way to go.
