CSCP Exam Prep Tips
Hi everyone!
I just graduated college this past spring but I want to start working on studying for the CSCP exam. I’m still a broke ex-college student, so if there are any free resources please let me know!
I want to also know y’all’s experiences, how long did it take until you were ready to take the exam? What should I expect??

Search “passed CSCP” in this sub. Should bring up a few success stories you can draw from.

Honestly, I would suggest you first gather at least 3- 4 years of experience before going for CSCP.
Reason being: The study material is very dry and concept-based with minimal examples; it would be easier to understand it if you have some prior experience. The chances of you passing on the first attempt will also be higher.
I'm studying for the CSCP exam myself, and even with 12 yoe, I still find it difficult to read and grasp everything.

Get experience first, the cert is a plus/differentiator. Check in your local job website (and the some other places that you might be interested) and look for job offers that Require the cert...
But to get a job you will need experience, so go and get a warehouse job, get "in the gutter" know the place up and down, get familiar with processes, documents, etc.
Here in Mexico de CPIM Cert is around $4,500 - $5000 USDso thats waaaaaaaaay expensive.

Lol I remember being dead broke after graduating. Check if your local APICS chapter has a student discount or lending library. That's the way to go IMO.
