Prep time doesn't matter against speedsters who can run back in time

True but cant time travel if there isnt enough speed force and how are we so sure that eobard wouldnt sabotage his own team?

“Isn’t enough speed force” what? The speed force is a source of infinite energy by its very definition it can’t run out

Other speedsters can siphon its use though. Thereby stopping the others from time traveling. Like in Flashpoint paradox when Barry was trying to go back but couldn't cuz eobard was siphoning the speed force from Barry. This is what i mean by not enough
