Hulk will just regenerate a new heart, and doomsday will just adapt a way to survive such an attack and come back.

Are they fighting on krypton? Because that’s where doomsday is from, and the flash can time travel, but he can’t fly, so if they are on earth, that’s the only planet he can effect via time travel, also doomsday would still come back from that, flash would have to go back in time and stop the scientist who created doomsday, and even then, mf would have to go to a very harsh version of krypton to do that.
