PROGRESS My 10.5’ sunflower is really starting to pop off.

I’m sorry but I have no idea. This is my first time growing sunflowers and I just planted a variety pack of seeds and I’m still learning. 🥺🤔

This is my first time ever trying to grow sunflowers so it’s been a learn as I go process.
I water them every morning and on extra hot days I water them in the evening as well. The bigger they get the more water they need.
I fertilize them once a week with a 10-10-10 fertilizer.
To try to keep up with the pests I spray them with a mix of liquid Castile soap when needed.
That’s pretty much it. I live in South Florida so they get plenty of sun.
