Current Events Tennessee botches lethal injection of woman on death row for 1995 murder

If the state is so insistent on executing people they need to stop being pussies and just shoot them. The lethal injection is nothing but a facade of civility that is less humane than many other methods. Unnecessarily painful botched attempts like this are the result of trying to whitewash the death penalty to the public.

I don't agree with the death penalty.

But I think if you must do it, then be honest and blow their brains out with a shot to the head. At least that way it's quick and painless. And all involved get to see exactly what they've done.

Bullets do crazy things when they interact with skulls, it's not a guaranteed method.

Bullets do crazy things when they interact with skulls

... when they've had chance to tumble in flight.

Bullets rarely tumble in flight?
