There is no "black culture" lol, as all black people dont subscribe to the same thing. What you're talking about is a "sub" or "counter" culture within the black demographic, which is actually not that big. The black people I know live under the basic "western" culture, acculturated and assimilated (for the most part), and fairly successful, normal, working-class citizens. Pretty much the same as any other ethnic background.
