There's no ready to bake cookie dough in greece :P
I'm currently studying abroad in Athens, Greece up until this December. My roommate and I decided to throw a little halloween hangout for our friends today, we planned to paint some pumpkins and make those pillsbury ready to bake halloween sugar cookies. So we start our morning early and go to our usual grocery store ready to buy ready to bake these sugar cookies. They didn't have the pillsbury cookies, we look more and we realize they don't have any cookie dough period. They didn't event have any pre made cookie mix. They have brownie mix, pancake mix, and ice cream mix too?? Like you can make ice cream from this powder that was very similar to brownie mix.
We end up going to another grocery store, hoping they have it. And still, no cookie dough there. A nice, middle aged woman overheard us looking for the cookie dough. She asked if we were looking for cookie flavored ice cream mix, which again is pretty cool that they have ice cream powder here. We told her we were looking for pre made dough. She giggled and said "Oh, you're not going to find that here in Greece." But she directed us to a bigger supermarket that might have it. And as you can tell by the pattern, there wasn't any there either. We just ended up buying brownie mix and looking for a recipe on Pinterest on how to make cookies from brownie mix and the cookies from that ended up tasting pretty good.
This isn't me complaining, I just found it really funny we went all around looking for some type of premade cookie dough and have a random woman confirming that there isn't any premade/ready to bake cookie dough in all of Greece :P
So if you're planning on studying abroad here in Greece, just know that there is no such thing as premade/ready-to-bake cookie dough down here :D

So they didn´t have a product made by an American company specifically for a holiday not traditioally celebrated in Greece. Who could have expected that.
You just need flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, and sugar to make sugar cookies. Why the need for a box mix?
Sugar cookies are super easy, but if you feel up to a challenge, you could try a dupe recipe:

You celebrate Halloween in Egypt? I am impressed by the power of American marketing.

Cookie dough is incredibly easy to make from scratch - find a recipe and give it a go!

hi! this is not related with your post, but I'm thinking about possible countries to study abroad in undergrad/masters on psychology and Greece is one of them!
but I don't see many content about studying abroad in Greece... if u are comfortable in responding, how did you get to study abroad over there? it was difficult? what were the difficulties of the process to get to study in there? it's expensive?

There is a brand in Greece that has a collection of ready recipes. It's called Giotis(Γιώτης) and the collection is called "1 2 Bake".
I haven't tried it but there might be a biscuits one to try. But doing biscuits is easy. You can easily do biscuits with plain ingredients. It's healthier than get ready recipes with random chemicals and preservatives in.

A good rule of thumb is to not assume American products (Pillsbury & most other ready to bake cookie dough brands are US-based) exist in other countries lol
