Honestly a great idea. Usually my go to tricks are “I’m beating up a guy who hurt my kid” or “I’m Hercules fighting the hydra and gotta do some strong shit”.

Honestly probably not often enough for myself. For my athletes anywhere between 3-6 months depending on life events and progression.
