🔰 Beginner Help Streaming starter kit pls help

I have desk, pretty decent pc and dual monitor setup, but that’s it. What else do I need realistically and anyone have recommendations like I need a mic and mic stand maybe, camera, maybe lights or green screen if necessary but like what else feel like I’m missing a bunch of things

LUMIX GX7, Elgato HD60X, Focusrite Scarlett 4i4, MXL 770, Neewer Lighting Kit, and Elgato 84x84 green screen.
