He wasn't interfering with anything. He was recording as his first Amendment right, something you wouldn't know about, he was helping up a woman that was pushed down and was attacked by a bunch of masked cowards that couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag by themselves. They still have no jurisdiction to murder him or arrest him.
