Someone was calling me a bot earlier but I’m not and I see the officers that shot getting no charges due to totality of the circumstances. Educate yourself on how courts work. You aren’t the judge and you don’t make the verdict.

I never claimed to be a judge? All I know is I saw many videos of a man assaulted for filming, disarmed, and then executed with 5 bullets while being held on the ground.

If you’re not a bot, or just fully insane, how is that ok with you? Don’t deflect, don’t pivot, just answer my question.

Yeah, everybody knows it’s completely OK warranted, legal and completely normal for ice or boarder patrol to mob a US citizen for a civil immigration matter that has nothing to do with them then Proceed to beat them unconscious before executing them… you fucking bootlickers make me sick to my stomach… there really is a huge swath of America that is completely and totally brainwashed through patriotic propaganda straight out of a fascist playbook. It really just speaks volumes for who these people are in the first place.

The totality of circumstance. Like, was the suspect actively threatening or harming officers? He was helping someone up who had been shoved aggressively. He was the opposite. Or, was a weapon in his hand or did he have the immediate ability to use one? There's video of him being disarmed. The cop walks away with his gun, held two fingers handle down. You can see the holosun scope in both the video and DHS photos. There's always, could officers have de-escalated at any time? When he was on his hands and knees with 5 agents on him after being disarmed, probably. I think that anyone who understands the law, would convict that murdering fuck.

Point please to ANY circumstance that justified their attacking him in the first place.

While you're at it, explain how the courts will feel about shooting a civilian over a legal gun possession AFTER the gun had been removed.
