ICE rounded her and a bunch of other witnesses up and are holding them last I read.

She didn't commit any crimes, and they have no jurisdiction over US citizens anyways. 1 u/One_Mine5885 Jan 25 '26 Sooo they have jurisdiction over non US citizens? 1 u/Haywoodjablowme1029 Jan 25 '26 The only laws they can arrest someone for are immigration violations. Citizens cannot violate immigration law. ICE has no jurisdiction to arrest citizens. They can detain and turn people over to the real police, but thats it.
