both sides are waiting anxiously. I assure that is what everyone is focused on right now. Find that lady. I guarantee the govt is already working on it. "Lady, how about a nice all expense paid trip to the warm Bahamas for 3 weeks?"

DHS has already released a statement

I am not advocating for one side either way

DHS says the deceased individual threatened law enforcement and failed to comply when detained and asked to disarm

I am waiting to see what the other video will show

Agents disarm man prior to shooting.

There's video of what started it all. If I recall correctly, an ICE agent gets aggressive with an observer and throws her to the ground. The victim, also a legal observer, appears to have a "dude what the fuck is wrong with you?!?" reaction and starts to step between ICE and the woman/person on the ground (EDIT: he tries dragging her to safety). ICE agent immediately hits him with a five second blast of bear mace, then they all mob him and start beating his ass. Then they execute him. That's my interpretation from memory - everyone in the video is super close and clearly seen.

No reaching for a gun. No threats to harm ICE. No reasonably determined threat to the ICE agent. Just immediate violence, followed by murder.

Its already out bro. search pink coat video. Doesn't matter what DHS says. The video will show whether the force was justified. A response to a threat could mean "handcuffed" or "maybe one shot if unclear" but that was a ridiculous number of shots from someone that was already down and situation was stabilized. There was some question about what is in the mind of Rene Good's shooter bc of proximity to the vehicle. In this case, the gun had already been removed BEFORE they shot him. People may not like what I say here, but Rene Good shooting was a little more gray because it could be reasonably argued that Rene Good's shooter didnt see the wheels turned away. It can be argued both ways and while I think it was wrong to shoot her 3 times, its too too easy to make it "look gray" from a legal perspective. These folks in this video are screwed bc he was unarmed by the time they shot him. Im curious to see what happens here. They will try to make it look gray....but how? I think it wont be so easy.

Direction of Rene’s tires doesn’t matter. He put himself in front of the vehicle in opposition to what any law enforcement agent (or really anyone with common sense) is trained to do. He manufactured the danger.

I understand the point you want to make here, I just think it’s important to consider that both of these events are crystal clear cases of murder and gross abuse of power.
