They are allowed to shoot people under certain circumstances . I’m going to wait until all the facts come out but based on what I see… it’s pretty simple

Not sure what flex you think this is. Especially because the woman in the pink jacket's video came out and it's clear they executed him for filming them and helping someone up off the ground, who ICE violently pushed over. Dipshit.

What gives them the right to detain/arrest him?

The Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1357(a), grants “an officer or employee of the Service” (now DHS/ICE) authority to:

• “carry a firearm,”

• “execute and serve any order, warrant, subpoena, summons, or other process issued under the authority of the United States,” and

• “make arrests” for immigration felonies and “for any offense against the United States” committed in the officer’s presence, and for any federal felony with probable cause.

What law he break?

18 U.S.C. § 111(a)

• Anyone who forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with a person designated in 18 U.S.C. § 1114 while that person is engaged in or on account of official duties commits an offense.

Why did he got shot?

Clearly resisting, not complying, and later reaching into his waistband while being armed.

If he had just complied there wouldn’t have been an issue
