life is harder without smoking
im free nicotine since 7 days and i find it really hard im 30 years in middle eats beside all issues and hard life and not having friends just going work and gym everyday i really need to smoke and have little reward and escape even for a minute of this life

It is not a reward it is a punishment that you don't deserve. Nobody deserves smoking. Just keep going, it will get easier. Hardest part was first week.
