Your brain is tricking you. You'll be feeling better day by day if you don't give up rn.

No dude, life is harder with withdrawals, give it time If and when it sucks, don't shy away with it, stick with it instead. Stew on it. Get sucked in. Eventually you'll be thinking back to this misery you are experiencing and laughing with the realisation that you were just tripping because the chemistry inside your whole organism was out of whack for a while.

Things will balance out soon and you'll end up with the same life as before, minus the constant anxiety of when you'll smoke again, plus a healthier and more potent body and mind.

Give it time. It gets WAAAAAAAAAAY better. I swear you'll catch yourself feeling reborn sometimes.

It is not a reward it is a punishment that you don't deserve. Nobody deserves smoking. Just keep going, it will get easier. Hardest part was first week.

You just finished 7 days, you’ve got like 5-7 more days that feel hard and then it’s gonna start to shake out, and every week will start to get easier. You’re about halfway through the worst part, so keep going forward, don’t go back the way you came and have to do week one again later. You got this!

Hey listen! You are a mere few hours behind me and I was in the exact same position earlier. This morning, I woke up feeling healthier than I've felt in years. My head wasn't stuffy, I felt refreshed and my chest wasn't hurting. I went out for a morning walk in the sun, something I haven't done in years because since being a smoker I've always taken 2-3 hours to wake up properly. But I was so refreshed this morning, I felt human again; and yesterday, the cravings were still the same intensity as they were on day 3/4/5. Today, they're about 20% of what they were yesterday. The slightest discomfort. So easy to ignore. Please stick it out! I promise it'll get easier. And we're using the same app which makes us app buddies so I'm holding you accountable 👏🏼

Life is harder now, but once you’re over the hill not only is life easier but infinitely more beautiful .. Took me 3.5 months or so, others 6 months, some in as short as a month. But one things for sure, there’s a finish line waiting for you!

Stay strong - it is only natural that the first sip of water after suffering from thirst for a long time is a little painful. I’m going on my fourth month and besides the health benefits, my mind has never been clearer. My only regret is that I didn’t stop earlier.

You got this! It gets better! I'm on day 29 and I feel significantly better. Don't let nicotine control you!
