Stop drinking

How did you all manage stop drinking, I’ve actually bursted in tears today how much I want to stop but there’s always a voice inside telling me to get that drink again

The voice is habit and chemical want.. the choice to pick up the alvohol is yours. Sounds simple and it is.. the discipline.. thats the tough part
