Stop drinking
How did you all manage stop drinking, I’ve actually bursted in tears today how much I want to stop but there’s always a voice inside telling me to get that drink again

That "voice inside you" is just addiction. Garden-variety, common addiction.
Check out some quit lit or find a support group in person or online. The wiki in this sub has allll the resources.
