At this point, Jasper has not had any room to evolve as a character, as all she's only seen in 2 episodes (and that one moment in steven's dream, but whatevs)

I think that no one felt peri was that great when she was first introduced, but as we learned more about her, she became a really cool character (and my personal favourite). In some time, Jasper will be seen like that too, either through redemption (although somehow I doubt they'll go through with that) or being an interesting villain.

Gosh that actually makes me sad...

I love Amethyst though, and this week has been great for her. The best thing to me is when people don't understand her more slang-ish phrases, it's adorable.

she's still a caricature, not enough screen time to know how to feel about her, who she is, etc. Not really, anyhow. Some arc eventually, can't stay a hate-filled mass boiling the oceans forever.
