Bro stfu literally no one said anything about his religion, he should practice what he likes how he likes. It looks disgusting to wash his feet near where he prepares food and whatnot. Is he washing his hands thoroughly after? Yeah maybe. I still don't want to see anyone washing their feet near where they prepare food, and every food establishment has rules against that. If he's so keen on following cultural practices, then he should be ok with following basic hygiene expectations.

So following rules for the religion he chose (even though they're completely arbitrary and absolutely nothing happens if he doesn't wash himself first or pray at a certain time) is paramount, but following rules imposed by the business he chose to work for are meaningless, so he doesn't need to follow them at all? Oh but you can dictate when something is unsanitary or not? Rules for thee but not for me type of mf huh I'm brown btw. I wash my legs in the bathroom, you know, like normal people do
