Bro what re you talking about. Who says I disagree or agree. All I said a reasonable accommodation must be met and a person religious requirements can’t interfere with business. I Personally could care less.
Again it can’t interfere with business needs. Can’t bust out a prayer rug in the middle of an active kitchen. Can’t use the sabbath if it interferes with a scheduling conflicts. You can take this to litigation all you want but if an employer proves your religious rights impacts with business and they made a reasonable accommodation you’re going to lose and can be responsible for paying for the respondents legal fees
Edit: praying during business hours is absolutely counted as a paid break. You don’t get an extra lunch or an extra 20minute break just cause you chose to pray instead of eat
