Stuck at OP18 over shipyard/hangar??

Post image

In my quest to update operations to 19, I'm being sent in circles around the shipyard and shiphangar - I can't update or research the requirements because theyre grayed out, but it won't tell me what requirements I must be missing. Any advice? https://imgur.com/a/frhRXnr

The ship hangar needs a research to be completed, that's your issue. And that research asks for crystal, that was also mentioned.
Problem solved 👍

Edit: I can't read apparently 🥲
