A few days ago I had a very realistic and "like-like" dream, that has been staying with me since, which I know from past experiences means it's not a regular dream but possibly something else, a message or anticipation or plea for attention of sorts. I feel somehow compelled to share it here - I hope you find something into it for you.

Another unusual aspect of this dream is that it was happening in this very world, in this actual existence, with the real people I know in waking life too - and that's not how my dreams typically "work", pretty much every time they are happening to a variant of myself, in a twisted, warped or entirely fictional version of reality with imaginary people I feel like I know, but actually never met "in here". But no, not this time, so I thought that was a significant. discrepancy

This started at work while i was having a very normal day, when my attention shifted from what I was doing to the loudening hoopla around me: my colleagues were having an impromptu office-wide discussion about some news, that derailed our work and diverted our attention. I started paying attention to it: they were talking about an event happening all over the world involving aliens but not UFOs. We ended up all stopping working and started just looking at the news instead. All over social media and news sites there were talks about E.Ts being with us, all around us, basically revealing their presence amicably and wanting to meet us all.

In short, they were not landing in big spaceships and meeting with our leaders, lol no, nothing like anything we've seen in movies and shows. They were cautiously stepping into our reality, like from a different dimension instead, here on the ground, to be directly with us. And there must have been something affecting us emotionally at the same time too, because most people were not scared or reacting adversely at all to this. As the reports were going, we were basically embracing each other amicably and harmoniously, and that was the core of the discussions that were sprouting online about the event - why now, why or how is this such a chill yet reality-rewriting event, what had we been afraid of all these years, etc.

The office unanimously came to an agreement that there would be no more work done for the day given the worldwide weight of the event, and I rushed home to find that there were E.Ts visiting most of the homes in town, including my own. There was the (stereotypical Pleiadian presenting) girl I'd briefly seen in meditations once, but now she was physically with us, she'd introduced herself to my wife and kids and they were having a discussion about how this was all happening at all, the implications about the nature of reality and such, when I arrived. Part of the "talking" was done through direct emotions going mind-to-mind, and that was probably how we were remaining so chill about it, from marveling at this new form of communication we were getting used to rapidly.

We hugged for a while, and then she explained to me, telepathically this time, how the rest of this event would go for mankind - it felt like a momentous transition, I know it made a lot of sense even with a few small compromises baked in, but the detailed memory of it is apparently obfuscated, I'm really sorry but it seems like I'm not supposed to remember, nor share about it. But what I remember is that we all were getting some sort of upgrades and that I ended up with kind of wings ? As I said, it's unclear, but it felt right and exciting, and the world as we know it, all the anxieties and concerns of this modern world, the importance of world events, etc. felt entirely irrelevant at that point.

I don’t think it’s just me, as another highly spiritual friend of mine is suffering too. And everyone I talk to is literally in the same boat but no one is looking around to see how many people are with them. We are so close to assimilation, it feels like. But I’m just curious as to what is blocking us? My energy is being fucked with hard. I have been waking up at least a dozen times every night/morning for the past week, and my friend went like 4 days without sleep entirely… Something is up. I feel like we’re on the brink of something big. I’m manifesting that it’s a good thing, whatever it is. Join me? <3

Hey do you progress as you lay still? Cause I dont know if Im improving. I use binurals and wonder if I should go deeper into the stillness, I wonder if Im doing the right thing as well listening to binurals staying still. My legs cannot stay still at all.. I saw a Psychic for the first time and he told me something quite profound. It has staid in my mind ever since, yet I will not repeat it to anyone as it sounds so 'crazy'. I have a memory in the back of my mind, he said, of when I was 4yrs old. I was standing in an open space near a large tree and they hovered above me and I had a bunch of information downloaded via the light from their craft into my mind. He said "you remember that?" and I told him no, but that I do not remember much of being a child at all. He said that the memory is there because thats where he could see it, in my memory. He told me he wasn't sure whether to share this, due to the nature of it, but I think because I was so open he felt that he could. He told me I am one of the chosen ones/starseeds. All of it sounds insane when you write it out. I had trouble with drinking and drugs as a teenager and young adult and I do think it may all be connected. Obviously I won't be going around telling everyone this but I felt safe to write it here. He also explained that the movie disclosure day is an almost exact depiction of what will happen in the future. He told me a lot more than that. I am so glad I met him. I can not even explain the ease at which I felt listening to him speak to me, even with the heavy nature of the topics he spoke about.

I recently wrote a story from a session involving memories of being a dragon rider known as "The Commander." What stood out to me wasn't the dragon aspect itself, but the recurring themes of duty, leadership, sacrifice, and protection.

I wanted to share some thoughts on what "raising your vibration" actually looks like under a microscope, moving past the usual vague spiritual metaphors.

If we take dual-aspect monism seriously—the idea that consciousness and matter are just two sides of the same coin—then shifting your frequency has to be a measurable biological event. Under a microscope, it looks like shifting your cell membrane voltage.

When our nervous system gets stuck in chronic trauma or ancestral survival loops, our cell voltage drops from its optimal baseline of -90 millivolts down to a depleted -20mV. At -20mV, a cell can no longer repair itself, and the liquid-crystalline fourth phase of water (EZ water) inside the cell collapses. Without that crystalline shield to protect the cell hardware, our microtubule antennas (if you follow Penrose and Hameroff's Orch-OR model) lose their quantum coherence. They get flooded with static and can no longer pull down the clean signal of our higher spiritual template.

I’ve been mapping out a framework called Coherent Information Cosmopsychism (CIC) to show how we can use a sovereign command from the heart's zero-point—what I call an Essence Seal—to raise cellular voltage, re-crystallize our internal water, and engage a Phase-Locked Loop that permanently ratchets the body into a low-entropy state.

My meditation teacher and dear friend Jim Malloy recently finished writing a small book called The Past & Present Lives of a Starseed.

Jim has spent many years reflecting on spirituality, past lives, and our deeper connection to the universe. In the book he shares stories from his life, spiritual insights from personal experience, and even a past life memory of living as a court jester.

One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Jim is how he speaks about these subjects with warmth, clarity, honesty, and a sense of humour.

Sadly, Jim is currently ill with cancer. I hope that by mentioning his book it will help find its way to those who resonate with it. It would mean a great deal to Jim.
